The quality of how they packaged the shipment was impressive. The order was dropped ship to my home and the driver was helpful and professional. Not one scratch. The quality was better than expected. The detail of labels of each shutter and parts was very helpful. These were plantation shutters and they look great, they really dressed up all the rooms. Overall good product and they look great.
