Meet Joel & Alesia Stickler

Owner and operator of Stickler Construction LLC, Joel Stickler is husband to his dear wife Alesia and father to his 7 beautiful children Caleb, Faith, Aiden, Juliet, Levi, Asher and Judah. He has been operating in the construction field since 1995 working on a variety of projects; from new multi-million dollar custom homes, to full home renovations and additions. In 2003, he made the decision to take the extensive knowledge he had obtained over the previous eight years and start Stickler Construction.
After 16 years in the construction industry Joel came across the electronic smart pergola systems and decided to adopt it as one of the products and services to offer to his clients. As sales were made and installs completed he realized that an outdoor division of his company was needed, not only to meet the demand for outdoor spaces but also to properly market and sell the electronic smart pergola systems. Thus was born Louvered Outdoor! Louvered Outdoor operates off of all the same moral values that Stickler Construction has been operating off of for the past 19 years.
Once again there was a need that was seen that caused Joel to look into Made In The Shade as another added service that could be provided to the customers that had been built from Stickler Construction and Louvered outdoor.
With all of these endeavors that he had taken on, Joels greatest desire is to bring glory and honor to his saviors name, to see those in his employment be successful and to serve those customers who are entrusted to him with the very best service possible.
